Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Express shipments are estimated at 2-4 business days. Please note that these are estimates and can be affected by customs processing and local delivery conditions.

2. Tracking & Notifications

All shipments are assigned a unique tracking number. Real-time updates are available through our tracking portal. Customers will receive notifications at key milestones: Pick-up, Hub Arrival, Customs Clearance, and Out for Delivery.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Guaranteed Global Logistics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damages & Loss

GGL is liable for packages damaged or lost during transit within the limits of our standard carriage insurance. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately to file a claim.
